The Boulder Ridge HOA has moved to a new system, HOA Life (hoalife.com), to manage invoices, dues, communications, and more.
Invoices are being sent in mid-January.
Payments will be due 30 days after invoices are issued.

BR Neighborhood Garage Sale
In conjunction with Timberline Valley North HOA:
Friday September 11th from 8 AM to 7 PM
&
Saturday September 12th from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
*Residents may choose to participate as much as they wish on both/either day as their time allows.
